Remote Support

Please download and run the 'Support.exe' application when directed to.

Once it has loaded it will display a support code unique to you and this single session.

Please pass this support code to the person providing support to allow them to access you system.

Notes: -

When executing 'Support.exe' a small minority of virus scanners may wrongly identify it as a threat.

This is caused by the nature of the application (allows remote control and viewing of your machine) and the way in which it has been written to achieve this.

'Support.exe' contains NO Viruses or spyware and un-installs itself once the remote support session has ended.
