Business Packages -  Effective from November 2009

Our business packages meet the needs of business customers requiring generous monthly allowances ranging from 15GB to180GB, traffic prioritisation and business friendly bandwidth allowance times. Business packages include Elevated Best Efforts (EBE) where available, which guarantees a minimum throughput of 3Mbps over the BT network subject to line sync rate. This minimum level of service is guaranteed for 90% of the time over the busiest 3 hour period. Please note: the minimum download speed achieved depends upon the quality of the line. Where EBE is not available the Business package will provide an increased upload speed of up to 832kbps through the use of MAX Premium circuits.

Our Family packages are available in a range of monthly allowance options ranging from 1GB to 120GB.

Overusage Options(Inc Vat.) **
Customers requiring additional bandwidth are able to choose to purchase additional top-ups or opt for a per 1GB overusage charge.
Top-ups are available in a choice of bandwidth options ranging from 10GB to 100GB and have no expiry date. They are only lost if the customer ceases the connection or migrates to an alternative provider or Entanet Partner. Alternatively, the customer can opt to pay a set fee per 1GB of overusage, setting an upper limit at the point of order. As the customer’s overusage approaches their requested upper limit they will be notified by email.

No equipment is provided with the connection. Wired and wireless routers can be provided by us for an additional fee.

The monthly bandwidth allowance for Business packages is consumed between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs Monday to Friday. Bandwidth usage outside of these time periods is uncharged. The packages receive traffic prioritisation during allowance times only. Where necessary Entanet’s Anti-Loss Tool (ALT) will be applied to manage traffic for the avoidance of packet loss. When this occurs, the throughput may be reduced.

WBC based ADSL1 connections provide an uncapped upload speed but customers may expect to see up to 1Mbps. Download speeds are up to 8Mbps. WBC based ADSL2+ connections provide an uncapped upload speed but customers may expect to see up to 1Mbps. Download speeds are up to 24Mbps. MAX Premium based connections provide upload speeds of up to 832Kbps and download speeds of up to 8Mbps. MAX Premium based connections are provided to customers connected to exchanges that have not yet been enabled to support WBC. Fixed rate products provide upload speeds of 256Kbps and are available in a choice of 512Kbps, 1Mbps or 2Mbps download speeds.

* Cost will vary depending on factors such as location layout and distance from sockets to equipment.

** Upon consumption of the customer’s monthly allowance and all remaining top-up, the connection will be rate limited to 128Kbps with an additional 1GB. Upon
consumption of the additional 1GB the connection will be blocked until the customer purchases a top-up or reaches their next billing period start date.

*** Migrations are free unless from an LLU or cable provider where an activation fee applies.

**** A cease charge will also apply where a cease results from a migration to LLU where the published migration process has not been correctly followed. For more

***** End User Regrade charges apply when an EU moves from a Business package to a Family package or vice versa. No charge applies when an EU moves between
allowance bands e.g. from a Family 1 to a Family 3.
